OP3N Web3 Evolution: Design a Multi-Platform Community Ecosystem
After the platform's recent launch, it garnered 6,000 new users within a four-month period, with 5% of those users opting to pay for its services.
What is the project
Design to help OP3N to transit from a community app to a web3 community ecosystem on IOS, Desktop Website and responsive Website.
OP3N was originally a content-driven community-based app. With the emergence of Web3 technology, there is a growing demand for decentralized and community-driven applications that enable users to manage their digital identity and assets on the blockchain.
Project Goal
How can we create a user profile that appeals to newcomers to decentralized apps, and design a digital wallet integration that's intuitive for all users?

Simplify the profile design to show clear information and user activity summaries, blend familiar web2 elements, and enhance user retention with gamification, social features, and personalized recommendations.
